This video is a little off with a few tracks. If you want to get all video sync you need to fix all Negative numbers. The way you do this is usually with the backing track present to help keep track of where the sync needs to be. Add a second to the backing track by clicking wrench and add time to bt. This will add a second to the backing track. then readjust all tracks. Usually its easy to do because they are already in sync you just need to add a second to any of the start time numbers. When all tracks are positive numbers then publish again and video should be in sync with audio. This is just FYI
