Paris Combo celebrates a rich diversity of world styles but in the setting of chic Parisian cabaret. Fronted by chanteuse, songwriter, and accordionist Belle du Berry, the group has found a jazzy and intriguing twist on the French song-book tradition.

Can anyone tell me how to search for a person by name or Bandhug I.D. on here? It only seems let you search by song title/artist.

@TPTjam If you look for the name it shows you its collabs but also its profile.

TPTjam , the search box is the same one for songs or people. The search results will give you songs at the top and people at the bottom.

You then need to click on the person's avatar/foto instead of their name, which is counterintuitive, but let's leave that topic for another time ;-)

Thanks guys, I thought I tried typing their IDs in the same field and didn't get any search results. I'll try it again. Thanks.

@dan00075 Hi Daniel , Thank you for taking the time to enhance @TPTjam two trumpet tracks . I was on my way out when Paul sent his tracks ,, and this prevented me from futher work on the collab . Before loading you DAW suggestions , and Thank you . I raised the Volume on Jean-Michel ( michmuch ) as I wanted to hear more of that cool riff he playes thro out the song , also this increases the volume to his solo , which is good . The trumpet solo track from Paul ( TpTjam ) is good , as he is not ' fighting ' with other tracks for sound . With the other Great trumpet track from Paul , I lowered the volume , ever so slightly .. as now , we have Laurast and Jean - Michel ' fighting ' for sound . Ideally , if it were possible to pan tracks , and have Paul and Jean -Michel be hightlighted as they are soloists . But , thats the best I can offer . If anyone wants to do a Quality sound Mix , their welcome .

brianmcallister Glad you could use the DAW mix I sent you. I think it sounds good with the adjustments you made. I also agree that panning would enhance the mix and I am sure EQ would also help, but I do not have the skill nor time to mix to that level of detail. Maybe someone else could be interested. I don't normally spend a lot of time on level mixing, but I have recently started working with a formula that I think gives pretty good results by using a VU meter to set drums, bass and main vocals around the same VU level on average. This removes any ambiguity introduced by different types of headphones/speakers. I then bring the rest of the tracks in, but this, of course, becomes more subjective. Cheers :-)
