Hi, I'd be happy to do the epiano, organ, and strings if you'd like.

Disney If you don't mind waiting a couple of weeks, I would love to take the bass on this one. It's a great song.

Sorry about the sound quality, I'm new to Bandhug and can't work out how to mix things. Any help would be appreciated (hence the need for an Engineer).
I used to be on Bandhub a while back. Feel free to join in on this collab.

You sound great. Everything in sync. I'd try increasing your recording input level to get a bigger wave graph in the DAW section to help turn you up a little.

@1983Electric: It took about 4 takes for the sound and video to be in sync. I'm sure there must be an easier way than just chance.

I turned my input volume down because it sounded distorted. I need to spend more time learning how this software works.

@Disney: I'd do the typical closing of other applications besides the web browser.. it usually records in sync for me as long as I'm not doing any other audio processing through a DAW or audio router. I use chrome to record. Any questions can also be asked on the facebook group https://www.facebook.com/groups/bandhug

@1983Electric: I usually record where the input volume preview before starting shows about half way filled green on level. Then after recording, I can come down with the volume in the DAW. Usually my BT will end up about 20% volume and bass about 70%. The DAW is a lot quieter than when you apply and listen to the playback in Studio Mode, so that may be why it sounds really loud. There are some adjustments that happen to volume in studio compared to DAW tabs.

I am using a VU meter app to help with my mixing and your volume level is about what I would aim for in a final mix. The VU meter removes any ambiguity with different people using different headphones, speakers, etc, so I focus on the energy produced by drums+bass+main vocals. I try to get these three around the same level on the VU meter and I then bring in the remaining instruments/backing vocals to match the drums/bass/vocals foundation. Yes, your volume could be increased offline, but to keep things simple for now, I humbly suggest that the volume in your current track is right around the sweet spot.

A word of encouragement from another former bandhub user, keep at it. This site is improving all the time. It took me a while to get things setup, and work mostly offline. This is more flexible for me than bandhub was, because of the upload capability. You sound great!
