I tried recording but the backing track kept cutting in and out so I downloaded another backing track to record against but it still seemed to cut in and out, I will try again later or at the weekend

Did you tried this : When you are in the record page, try to wait the complete download of the backing track, you can hit "play BT" it will play only the backing track while your record

@Serena Hainaut: I tried this but kept cutting out, might have been a fault with my internet or something, so I will try again at the weekend

The opening part is a little hard for me to play because my little finger has the knuckle joint lock up when straight and pops when finger is bent back
