I think it does that all the time doesn't it? I'm not sure why it switches to 4:3 aspect but I bet dennisski does?

@CybRGibson: I think its because of one track. I noticed it does this when the first track has a slim aspect ratio. If you change the first track to a standard video and publish it should be better. Or just remove the BT as a test.
